Refund Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. The server then returns to the Free plan.

48-hour refund window

You can request a full refund within 48 hours of a purchase. This applies to a new subscription and to each renewal payment. If you get a refund, the paid plan on that server ends.

After 48 hours

Payments are non-refundable once 48 hours have passed, and we don't give partial refunds for unused time. You can still cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

Service problems

If a paid feature was unavailable for an extended period because of a problem on our side, contact us and we'll offer a refund or credit for the affected time.

No refunds for rule violations

Subscriptions ended because a server broke our Terms of Service are not refunded.

How to request a refund

Email support@nodariq.net with the email address used for payment and the server name or ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
