Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Nodariq, including the Nodariq Discord bot, the website at nodariq.net and the web dashboard (together, the "Service"). By adding Nodariq to a Discord server or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Nodariq provides server management features for Discord, such as welcome messages, autoroles, tickets, applications, moderation, button roles and suggestions. Features available to a server depend on that server's plan. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Eligibility and Discord

You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines to use Nodariq. You must have permission to manage any server you add Nodariq to. Nodariq is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc.

3. Plans and billing

• Plans are purchased per Discord server. A subscription applies only to the server it was purchased for.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then the server returns to the Free plan.
• If a payment fails or a subscription ends, paid features on that server stop working. Your configuration is kept so you can resubscribe later.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Nodariq to:

• break any law or Discord's rules;
• harass, spam, scam or harm other people;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or remove Nodariq from any server that breaks these rules, without refund.

5. Availability

We work to keep Nodariq online, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime can be caused by maintenance, hosting providers, Discord outages or other events outside our control.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nodariq is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

7. Termination

You can stop using Nodariq at any time by removing the bot from your server and cancelling any subscription. We may end or suspend access to the Service if you break these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify customers. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
